Winter 2024 and Summer 2025 Vacancies

If you are interested in reserving a spot for the full 2025 Summer season (April-October), on-site winter storage (November 2024-April 2025) at your selected site is free. A signed contract and deposit for 2025 is required.

Doubling up at a site and/or No Hook-up Sites

If you like the idea of having a seasonal site, but still want to camp with family and friends from time to time, most of our sites can support multiple RVs, pop-ups and tents. We can provide adapters and extensions for electric, water and septic connections for visiting family and friends.

If you have more than two visitors (e.g., RVs, pop-ups, tents) that would like to stay for a weekend or so, we may be able to provide all hook-ups at an additional spot not normally available for reservations.

In addition, we can fit many RVs, pop-ups and tents on the property if they don't require hook-ups. They will have access to water and your septic (via honey pots). We also have a generator to loan for charging batteries and such. However, generator use is very restricted to specific times of day and length of use (usually no more than an hour/day) so all can enjoy the sounds of nature..

Full occupancy of campground cannot exceed 21 people.

Reservation & Payment Process

To protect your privacy, financial information and limit fees charged to you, we do not accept electronic payments.

1. We highly recommend you visit the campground to ensure we can provide everything you want/need from a campsite and campground. You can set an appointment to meet with us, or just call or text when you stop by... If we are here (we live on-site), we'd be happy to show you around! If you can't visit, call to discuss with us what you need and are looking for and we'll help you decide if this is the place for you.

2. Call, text or email about availability of sites.

3. Deposits are required to hold the reservation, preferably a month in advance. We accept cash, check or money orders made out to Buffalo Creek Bluffs. Reservations are not guaranteed until the check or money order has cleared the bank. Payment can be mailed or placed into the locked drop-box on-site.

4. Signed contracts (for seasonals) are due prior to set-up upon check-in. Contracts can be completed in advance via email, snail mail, or in person.

5. Full payment is required upon check-in (prior to set-up) for non-seasonal guests (<3 months).

6. For seasonal guests (>3 months), 1/2 of the full payment will be due upon check-in (prior to set-up). The remaining balance due will be divided evenly over your length of the stay and billed monthly, beginning on the 1st of the month after check-in, and the 1st of each following month until the contract has been fulfilled.

For example, if you intend to stay at a $600/month site for six months (April-September), the total 6-month campsite fee would be $3,852 (w/sales tax). Therefore, $1,926 would be due upon check-in. On May, June, July, August and September 1st, you will make payments of $385.20 to fulfill the contracted payments.

7. Return of deposit will be made once any final bill is resolved. If you are paying for electric and septic, we may not get the final bills for those utilities until after you have checked out. If there are final billings to be made for utilities (or damages), the deposit will be applied to those charges. Any remaining funds will be returned to you at that time. If the deposit cannot cover the final bill, you will be responsible for any remaining charges.
